Bobby Pearce’s colorful costumes easily transport audiences back to a simpler time. Roger Bean directs this charmingly frothy musical with a sure hand, adding many nice touches along the way. His five-person cast (Ryan Drummond, Tim Homsley, Derek Keeling, Jerry Lee and Sharon Rietkerk) delivers flawless performances, especially Drummond, whose makes all dance moves look easy, and Rietkerk, whose voice just takes your breath away.
